7th Message From Lucas (February 2006)

(Now, we have a lot of time so if you would like to dictate something for the website we can do that. I don’t know if you have anything that you want to tell us about but, if you do, you can. Otherwise I’ll talk about the weather, which is marvelous. We have weather which is very unusual. Sixty degrees in the middle of February, very unusual, very nice. And I like it. It buoys up my spirits. So, what do you think? Do you want to dictate?)

We are of the mind to dictate to you, indeed. We are feeling that Judy needs to hydrate herself just before we begin. One moment, please.

(Sure.)

(pause, Judy drinking)

(What did she do? Drink a beer? Ha, ha, ha. Probably some water or orange juice.)

Ah, indeed.

We are encouraging her (Judy) as we are encouraging all Light Beings to consume as much water as possible as you are 75% water and needing to continue to hydrate yourselves. This actually allows you to stay in a higher resonance and a higher vibration as well.

(What’s my vibration now? I don’t mean to interrupt you but... I’m interested...)

At this point in time we feel you are about 60 to 65 thousand {note: cycles per minute).

(Oh wow, I was expecting it to be more than that but that’s fine, that’s fine.)

We will say that we feel you are maintaining that far more frequently than in the past.

(Yeah well, that machine (MolecularEnhancer.com) every day for two hours, that works!)

We would also like to say, to validate, the benefits that you are receiving from the Machine are on very many levels. It is regenerating your body from the atomic and sub-atomic levels. The molecular levels up into the cellular levels and this is why it seems to be taking a bit longer than what you might previously have liked. But you are regenerating at the deepest levels possible so it is not just a surface repair, so to speak.

(Gotcha, well thank you for telling me that.)

And along these lines we would also, as part of our dictation, like to speak to Light Workers about the importance of their hydration. That it is quite important that they hydrate themselves and consume things that are allowing them to stay in the higher vibrations. As opposed to things that are bringing them to lower vibrations. In other words, they need to be concentrating and eating on the food chain as close to their own vibratory level. Processed foods and things that bring them into a lower vibration, lower density, are going to become harder and harder for their own digestion systems. As they raise their vibration, including yours, you will find that it is most difficult to digest some of the things that previously have not given you any problems before. And so your fruits and vegetables, meats that are only of the organic sort, that have not been filled with pesticides and antibiotics will be very important to maintain the higher level vibration that Light Workers are now coming into allowing them to begin to connect with the higher vibrations beyond the veil.

As Light Workers begin to raise their vibration coming into the 80 thousand and above, vibration, they will find that the veil between their existence and Spirit world will become thinner and thinner. Therefore enabling them to find that they are able to access the information from the other side much more frequently, much more quickly and much more expediently allowing them to bring in the Higher Wisdoms that they are looking for, the answers that they are looking for.

Also it will enable and allow them to connect telepathically with those around them. This is the state of the Crystal Children already, and so in connecting with Crystal Children they will find that they are able to connect and communicate on this telepathic level. It will be the first place that they will notice that they are able to connect in this particular way.

They will also find that they are astro-traveling more consciously than before. Perhaps realizing that they are traveling beyond their physical bodies during their sleep and dream time but will come back having awareness and consciousness of where they have been and what it is that they are doing.

There will also be openings in the veil, ability for them to connect, and glimpses other parts of the self that are existing on the planet at this time, embodied, and glimpses of the self in Spirit World as well.

These will allow Light Beings to become more and more sure of themselves, more trusting in the information that is coming to them so that they might vibrate and use this vibration for healing others as well. Bringing this information and healing others as well.

As you grasp these gifts that are there for you we are uncapping anything the limitations that have been set in your density. As you raise your vibration you will be uncapping these limitations and allowing higher vibrations to connect with you, flow in and around through you. You will find that there is easy opportunity to connect with Guides such as your Higher Self, your Ecknah (the name of my Higher self) information.

This ability will also enable you, reassure you, that you are able to regenerate your body from the atomic and sub-atomic levels regenerating into health anything that has come into disrepair.

And so it is a matter of hydration, eating a high-vibration diet as often as possible, sitting in a meditative state connecting and realizing that once you have raised your vibration you are able to attract higher vibration from the Other Side, opening up to these vibrations that will then remind you and enable you to heal not only yourself but others as well.

There are those on your planet at this time, there are several which you would name as Avatars that are doing this at the highest levels. They should be emulated as they are not the only ones that can do this, that will be doing this, in the next half-dozen or so years to come.

(pause)

We would welcome any question that come to your mind at this time.

(Ok, aaah, working backwards, would you care to name any of the Avatars that you mentioned?)

The most primary one is one that is named John of God, operating on the South American continent in the country of Brazil. (nb: www.johnofgod.com) . He is the most well known at this time. The other would be your Sai Baba (nb: www.sathyasai.org) that is operating on the continent of India at this time. There are many others that are not as well known, especially operating in the mountains in the more rural areas and have not claimed their gifts out into the world up into this time. They will be coming forward in the next few years as well.

(So there is nobody, no one that pops into mind in the United States and certainly, what we would call a celebrity of any kind.)

In your United States we would say that the energies are still somewhat denser than in other parts of the world. And so for someone to come into that highest vibration would be not impossible at this time but it has not occurred yet.

(Ok. Earlier you had mentioned that, I think I have begun to do this, notice that I am part of entities and I am embodied in, you know, the worst people and the best people. Definitely I am spread around. I don’t know how much energy I have with the girl who delivers the mail, for instance, or anybody else and I have no way of knowing how to detect that. I would like to know if I am a major part of the letter-carrier but I don’t think it’s really relevant 'cause I’m pretty busy being myself and I don’t know what I would do with that information anyhow but is that what you meant? Embodied in other people?)

There are other physical bodies on the Earth, in different areas on the Earth that also contain or predominantly of, your particular energy. And so there would be opportunities where you would have a glimpse of them and know, in fact, in your heart, that they are part of you. These glimpses would only come if we felt that they would serve you in some way at that point in time.

(Ah hah, see, you’re running the show. I told you that I’m a puppet and you’re pulling the strings. What’s gonna happen between Christopher (my son) and me? I’m interested in that because he is somebody I’ve connected with for a long time.)

Your son is on a very fast track, in terms of his healing, at this time. As that healing becomes more and more complete, more particular (?), there will be an inclusion in your energies as well. And so there will be a very nice give and take and it will be taken to wherever you would like it to go.

(Thank you. Questions? Er, No, I think you were pretty clear about health suggestions having a profound spiritual effect and I guess that’s it. I can’t think of anything else, Lucas.)

Ah, we are enjoying every moment that we are in contact with those physical beings that are allowing us to come through.

This is a game that is beyond our capabilities.
