Lucas (Excerpt from June 7, 2005)

(How did we get into this mess? How did we get into this blurring of abilities? What is the purpose? I've said it in the writings (Chapter 7) that you helped dictate if not completely, partially, that God is exuberant and just wishes to enjoy Itself. And we (humans) do that 'cause we experience and we know we are experiencing. So that is our purpose (Experiencors). That's when I'm feeling really good and logical. When I'm not feeling really good and logical I just get kinda confused, y'know, and I try to stop thinking and meditate and get quiet. Ok, the question is, "What is the purpose of Life?"

Ah, a very small question.

(Yeah, it's something I thought you'd rip off in a moment's notice. If you want to think about it, or something, I think it would be useful. I think it would be a very useful essay on your part.) We are feeling that we could give you at least a preliminary answer along these lines.

(Fine but I don't know how much more tape I have left.)

Charles, we would like to make a very clear distinction and correction in your statements in that you are assuming that this is a mess. And from our perspective there is no mess at all. When we are looking at all that has transpired on your planet it is, of course, excellent and exactly as it should be. In that all pure, positive energy has made a very specific and detailed, shall we say, descent into a world of duality. A world where there is both the very best and the very worst of all that is available.

These terms being human terms as the terms would not ever be of this, mmm, the terms that we would be using in our world would have no particular, mmm, we are looking for the correct understanding of this... In other words, the way we are describing this presupposes that there is a particular level of things happening that might be termed positive or negative. In pure, positive energy, God consciousness, there is no such level of things. And so we are describing it in human terms, in that there is duality on your planet. In order for you to have a three dimensional planet there needs to be both positive and negative. It is the only way to hold this form that you have created. The illusion that has been created that is your world, your planet.

(Ok, I'm fine with that. Am I correct in assuming that this set-up, this duality and we are just playing in a big sandbox here, was set up purely because God is exuberant? And wishes for us to have fun and so on?)

Ah, indeed. This is the only reason and, as God, you have created whatever it is that seems to delight you at any given time.

Where this takes you and the results of all of this has created what you might determine as a mess at this time. From the perspective of pure, positive energy, it is nothing more than a child's game.

(All right! I don't know if you recall dictating, I don't know who did the dictating, inspirational dictating for me to write. Was it you, and Ecknah or you and Ecknah, Abraham and others? Or what?)

We feel you were tapping into a wide variety of energies at that time.

(Well, ok, I think the essay is already written so...)

(Ha, ha, ha, ha. Is Ecknah the only one who tells jokes? Does that kind of thing?)

Ah, all pure, positive energy has a wonderful sense of humor as well.

(Well, I was curious because most humor is dependent upon contrast and if you don't need it you have to create it to make a joke. At least we do. I don't know what kind of humor goes down in Zeta. Is that the right name, Zeta? I don't like the name. It should be like Gorumabba or something exotic. Zeta Reticuli sounds like an eye condition. Ha, ha. Well it does.
