4th Message From Lucas (May 2005)

I have included some preliminary remarks as I believe they are of general interest.

(I want to take a long nap. I brought in Ecknah [nb. I'm learning how to channel my Inner Being, named Ecknah] with my friend Russell today and that has a way of fatiguing me.)

And so share with us your Ecknah adventure today.

(Well, it's quite nice. We have lunch, two elderly gentlemen and we have fun. I know him a long time, 20-25 years. What I do is corroborate what he already knows. He's had a continuing pain in his back when he plays [piano] and I ran him through the healing procedure I described and then he described himself getting into his purple mode. I stopped him right there and talked to him for about ten minutes straight. I said that is you. )

Ah, indeed

(That, is, you! Not what's in front of me right here. This is a game you're playing and I'm playing but that energy that you just described is you! And when you go outside of that you're playing a game. And I'm here to tell you, "Don't do that". There's no need for it, you don't need the game, nobody gains by it. You start playing a role and then you're successful or unsuccessful playing that role and you make some conclusions about it but that's ridiculous. You're much better off being exactly what you are. You have a very clear, clear, and I mean clear grasp of what you are that very few people have. I would imagine that Lucas and every other 'person', particularly Abraham [Abraham-Hicks] is trying to get people to that point and you have already experienced it.)

Ah, indeed, wonderful validation.

(Yes, I laid it on him pretty heavy and he got it, he definitely got it and so I feel very good about that. Um, he asked me about Abraham and I said Abraham is a generalist. He's like a librarian. He reaches behind him and pulls out a book of Truth and he expounds it to the general audience. Lucas is much more specific. He works with individuals. They are both valid and occasionally you can get Abraham to talk to you directly. I have on occasion but most people don't. They just sorta wander around and he keeps giving them absolutely correct general information.

So, that was our session with Ecknah.)

Ah, and when you have your next lunch with your friend you might also ask him when he is in his expanded state, his purple energy, if he is indeed capable of manifesting the pain in his back at the same time.

(Manifesting?)

In other words, feeling it. He will find it is quite impossible. He is probably not aware of that.

(That he cannot feel that pain?)

Indeed, when he is completely in his expanded state there is no pain.

(Ok, ok.)

We are wishing to expound on this point somewhat further.

(You want to dictate?)

Ah, indeed.

(Ok, what you say now with a slight introduction, I'll type up.

And then Judy will eventually get around to reading it in the next ten years. Ha, ha, ha.)

She is chuckling as well.

(Yes, she is very busy)

We are wanting to talk about vibration today. And the opportunity for human beings, the excellent and exciting opportunity for human beings to expand in the way that you reminded your friend, into the beings that they really are.

And we are wishing to begin by reminding you that the part of you that is Ecknah has the same sound, the "Ahh" sound, that occurs in every single name that has been given on your planet to the creator since the beginning of time. Every single name, in every single language, encompasses the sound of Ahh, including Ecknah, and in Judy's case Sutrah [Judy's Inner Being] has that same sound.

The sound of Ahh is, indeed, the sound of creation, the sound of manifestation.

Some of your beings on your planet have been very astute in finding this ancient information and bringing it to the general public. Judy has found it through your Dr. Wayne Dyer who found it through his friend, Deepak Chopra. And Chopra found it through various writings and teachings he is studying. And, therefore, this is being brought out more and more to the general public. We would just like to make the connection for you that your spiritual name, Ecknah, includes this sound of manifestation. And therefore, in order for you to stay in a very high vibration, the same as your friend Russ was able to do, will be a very easy way for you to maintain that vibration and bring your vibration up to a higher calibration. During that time you then will find it much easier and certainly not fatiguing at all to bring in the Ecknah energy and speak the Ecknah energy, bring Ecknah information forward to those who are interested in hearing this information.

(So, that I simply make that sound?)

Indeed, if you will be appraised that it is the only sound that a human being can make without the use of the tongue or lips involved. You simply need to contract the throat ever so slightly and let out a stream of energy. Ahh, very easy.

(Ahh. Yeah, when I exhale and when I'm smoking. Ha ha.)

Ah, indeed [chuckles, Lucas doesn't approve of my smoking.)

And so, we would like to invite you and all those that are interested and reading this information, that this is a sound that is very congruent with the sound of creation, very congruent with the sound of manifestation. And so anything that you wish to manifest, be it health, physical wellness in your body, abundance, relationships, all of the things that human beings wish to have clarity on and more of, can be brought about just by thinking of that thing, in the clearest of terms and clearing a channel from the root chakra up through all of the chakras and sending it out with the sound through the third eye. [The third eye is located between the eyes and about half to an inch above them.] Picturing exactly the outcome of what you are wishing. Be it your knee being completely well and healed, your back pain gone, Russ's back pain gone.

All of these things are only capable of existing at a lower vibration. All of these things, including crime perpetuated against an individual, accidents, just seen as accidents, can only be attracted to you when you are in the lower vibration.

Your being, Wayne Dyer, has given a very specific calibration at 20,000 units or cycles per minute that when you are vibrating at 20,000 cycles per minute or lower, you are in ordinary human consciousness and therefore, subject to all of the maladies of ordinary human consciousness. Be it colds or flu or any germs that you come in contact with have the ability to resonate with your vibration and take up residence within you. As you dip down below the 20,000 resonance you are attracting more and more darker forces. You certainly all know people who are, what you might call, "accident prone" or have been the victim of more than one crime. It is because they are vibrating at a very low or denser level where they can attract these certain things.

Judy was told this week by someone that they had actually been zapping her with very, various degrees of animosity. They were quite upset with her because of something that they had thought she had one. When, in fact, it wasn't she that was involved at all.

They were very distraught when they realized they were sending negative energy to her, even though she was not the perpetuator of what they had determined.

And Judy said, quite rightly, that it didn't matter. She did not need their apologies and did not need to forgive them, either one, as she is vibrating at a rate that in no way be able to sustain any of those negative energies.

(Oh, absolutely. Judy's vibration is a joy to behold. I mean it's just a joy to be around. I feel that quite tangibly when I'm with her and even when I talk with her on the phone.)

We would like to inform you that all of this energy is available to you, to all human beings but to those of you who are coming into contact and communion with us, it is, shall we say, a super highway to becoming a higher vibrational being.

And therefore, we wish for you to consider that you can be in this vibrational category as well. Above the pain, above all disease, above all of the things that are of the ordinary consciousness of humans.

(Oh, I will use this continually. Thank you very much.)

Ah, indeed. We would prescribe that doing the Ahh sound as often as possible throughout the day and possibly as part of your meditative process, prior to your contacting Ecknaaah, although once you start the Ahh sound you will be hard pressed to [chuckle] keep him out as he will be very much in resonance with you. And we might even say, in residence with you as he will be occupying your body much more frequently and with much less tension or wear and tear, so to speak, on your physicality.

It should be, as it is with Judy in most cases when she is finished with a session with us, at this point in time, she is not drained but actually accelerated in her own vibrational makeup and in her energy levels. This should be the same for you, as well Ecknaaah. [chuckle]

Indeed.

(Ok. I had three questions and I can only remember one now. We'll take that one. Russell, my buddy, has described the experience of what he calls Leopold, which is no Ahh sound, by the way, into him and he feels, cannot write and he wishes to write [what Leopold says]. And he gets spastic jerking of his lower limbs and arms, not his torso. And at that moment, he hears a bass drum sound. That's why I'm talking 'cause it's the sound. 'Cause I said what is the sound of the universe, is it a B flat, that's a joke, and he said no it's a bass drum. It's a deep booming sound. Do you have any comment on that?)

Ah, indeed. We are, it is very unusual for most human beings to pick up on that sound. It is the sound that is very much a part of who we are as well, all of creation. That is the sound that, if human beings were to get quiet enough and be able shut out all outside distractions they would be able to tap into that sound.

Judy, in fact, has heard that sound and is, just now, getting this information, that it's a sound that she heard out in Sedona when she was on the mountainside. She heard it at very regular intervals over an entire day period.

(Well now, wait a minute. That's a very deep sound. That's not an "Ahh" sound. You're confusing me.)

These are two different, two two different, shall we say, we are looking for the correct word. In your vocabulary there would be two different concepts.

The sound of the universe from the beginning of time is the booming sound that Russ was able to connect to. The sound of Ahh is the sound of manifestation.

(Oh, ok.)

One thing turns into another and creates into something else further.

(Ok, fine. That's excellent. I understand that perfectly and I think anyone else would. )
